How do you ship?
We ship our products world wide and all packages are shipped very discreet.
- Our organisation name or anything else that would imply pharmaceutical contents of the package is never used in our shipments.
- Packaging types are changed constantly to achieve max delivery success!
- The size of our packages are never larger than what would cause unnecessary suspicion. If the order is too large to fit in one package, it will automatically be divided into two or more packages (all for one Shipment Handling charge).
- We also reuse original cardboard boxes for packing different products that fit in ( because we are ecological oriented company and because this way there is more possibility to deliver successfully)
- Shipments are sent from various shipping points and different European countries.

From where are the orders sent?
Depends on where you are located, and which product you order. We will ship your orders from one of our worldwide facilities. We ship most of the products from Europe.

How are bulk/large quantities orders shipped?
If the order is too large to fit one package, we guarantee the order will be divided into the necessary amount of packages to lower the risk. No matter how large your order is, we reassure you the same discretion level and repackaging as used for small sized orders.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and APO ?
We do ship to PO Box. We do not ship directly to APO address, you can use your home/billing info and your family/friends can redirect you products from USA. Please leave shipping info in comment line of each order. This way you will have 99% delivery success.
How long is the whole process of ordering and shipping?
Order confirmation with instructions for how to make payment is sent to your email automatically and immediately after you submit your order. Once payment is received, we process and dispatch your order within 2-3 business days. Weekends are days off for packing and shipping. During winter holidays all this proces takes more time.
Arrival time is normally between 7 and 15 business days.
How successful is delivery?
We ensure that all packages are shipped with maximum discretion. Products are removed from their original boxes and repacked with extreme care and precaution, specifically to minimize shipment volume. Our organization name is not indicated on any package and shipments are sent from various shipping points in Europe, established in different countries, to ensure maximum discretion and highest probability of successful delivery.
What do I do if I do not receive order.
Order may not arrive in 2 cases:
1. It may be seized (you will get a seizure letter)
2. It may be lost in the mail (30 days after expected date passed)
For first case you need to send scanned seizure letter to email it to us and in subject line please include order ID.
If 4-5 weeks past and you did not get neither letter nor order please update us in tickets with order/package ID.
Why isn’t my tracking number working?
Depending on where you live, the shipping company may be slow at updating or it won't update until it clears the customs in your country.
Is your packing discreet, what about customs, what if the package is seized?
We take care a lot of our security system and the packing of the products is as discreet as possible, that's why the success rate of arrival and customs trespassing is great.
In the case a package is seized we guarantee that we'll reship it after we saw the seizure letter from customs or FDA.We do not reship two times same order.
If your order is seized you need to use new clean address for reshipment. That is your obligation to keep safe you and us. So do not risk asking for reshipping to the same address.
What countries you do not ship to?
We do not ship to Canada,Russian Federation, Belarus and Ukraine.
Are all packages traceable?
We are using different mail services, most of the packages are traceable.
When can I see the expected arrival date of my package?
On the right side of the website you can see the user menu, click on "My orders" and all the orders you've made are displayed there.
Click on "More info" near to the order you need and you'll see all the info about it.
How is multiple packages delivery managed?
Depending on what you order, your order may be shipped with more than one package and from different locations/countries. Parts of your order may be shipped with a different package number but always under the same Order ID. The different packages may not arrive at the same time. You can always check if your order is shipped in multiple packages on your account page.
Do I need to sign for my package?
Yes. Most of our shipments contain valuable items and require a signature upon delivery. If you will not be home to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping your product where someone you trust will be able to sign for your package. For your convenience, you may prefer to have your order delivered to your office address. If you choose this option, please include the name of your business in the address. Please note, if you choose this option, goods may be left with reception or the Mail Room.
My order has been shipped and not yet arrived, what should I do?
If you do not receive your order within the expected time frame, create a new Ticket and contact our Customer Care Center. We will work hard to figure out what caused the delay and send your order to you quickly
Why has my order not been shipped yet?
On occasion, some items in our store may be temporarily out of stock. If you have ordered multiple items with different availability, we will ship in-stock items immediately and hold the balance of your order. Backordered items will ship as soon as they are available. Splitting up your order will in no way increase the cost of shipping to you. You can help by giving instructions on dealing with back-orders by contacting Customer Service Center at any time.
How do I track my shipment?
Once an order has shipped out, we will update your account with tracking number within 2-3 business days. Just log into your account using your email address and password, then click on your order number in your order history. The tracking number will appear under the Tracking column. Visit your country Postal Service website to track your shipment.
